Baby Doll made with Paperclay

For this Tutorial Thursday, I'd like to share one of the more interesting Paperclay tutorials.  Ellen Harris has created this very realistic baby completely from Creative Paperclay.

Using some traditional methods she has created a doll with moveable joints using ...."my fingers, toothpicks, a wookie, a small set of brushes, two teeny round iron rasps, small ball stylus and everything else that
fits the purpose. For dry sculpting I use the rasps, a Master Beveler tool, wet dry sandpaper or some flat sponges with fine sandpaper on one side at 320 grit. "

This is a wonderful tutorial and a great example of what can be done with Creative Paperclay.   Don't miss the link to page 2 at the bottom!

This project has been on my "to do" list for some time.... it looks like a lot of fun...I must make some time to try it! (There's just too many neat things to make and never enough time! ...LOL)   Please show us your photos (send link) if you have made a baby doll following Ellen's tutorial.

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment! ;-)
Sorry I had to re-instate the 'word verification'...I'm getting far too much spam in the comment box.
